Focusing® Oriented Coaching is a service that I offer since 2005, helping to develop Talent and Strengths to leaders, high performance teams and professionals of companies and public services. In addition, I have implemented it in processes of people management, training, reflection days and occupational health.

2004 Certificate in Focusing Trainer® (260 hours). Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Chile. Authorized to teach and practice Focusing® by the Focusing® Institute New York.

Solution Focused Coaching is a service that I offer since 2008, helping to develop Talent and Strengths to leaders, high performance teams and professionals of companies and public services. 2006 - 2007 Specialization in brief strategic psychotherapy and ericksonian hypnotherapy (1184 hours). Centro para el desarollo de la psicoterapia estratégica breve (Center for the development of brief strategic psychotherapy), Milton Erickson Institute Santiago, Chile (affiliated to the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, Phoenix, Arizona).

CONSULTANCY: founded the Talento y Fortalezas (Talent and Strengths) company in Chile (2010), has allowed me to start a business of services in People Management and to lead, create and direct work teams. 

My studies included experiential, systemic, strategic and constructive approaches in communication and organization. I have more than 1600 hours of training.

1994 - 2000 Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso), Chile. Ten semesters of study, two semesters of thesis, one semester of practice.

1997 - 1998 Organizational Psychology, assistant professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso), Chile.

Speaking Spanish, English, German and Portuguese, and having lived and worked in South America and Europe, enables me to support people and organizations in intercultural and international contexts.
